All orders take 3-5 business days to process before we ship them out.
Our return policy is 30 days after you've received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges are allowed upon request, within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Please visit our Contact Us page and let us know what it is you are wanting to exchange and why. Depending on our availability, we will do our best to exchange your order ASAP.
You will be given specific instructions on what to do with your current item(s) after you contact us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for the shipping when we send the new item back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you get your item and it is damaged/or defective, you must send us an email via our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your shirt for another shirt to be sent in place of it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Lost or stolen packages
Redemption in Motion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can find it.
